At the start of the lift class, each participant receives a suitable wristband that reflects their current fitness level. For example, yellow wristbands indicate a health issue, signaling the trainer to pay special attention to the feasibility of the exercises. A purple wristband is given if your focus is on muscle building and strength. This ensures personalized support during group workouts.
On our screens, where exercises are displayed in parallel, you'll always see easier or harder variations shown in boxes that match the color of your band.
